Your commercial roof protects your business, your inventory, and your bottom line. We install and service every major flat and low-slope system — TPO, EPDM, PVC, metal, and built-up roofing — with manufacturer-certified crews and a 5-year workmanship warranty.
Commercial roofing is a different animal than residential. The membranes are different, the building codes are different, and the stakes are higher — a leak over a warehouse floor or a restaurant kitchen costs real money. Our commercial division installs and services every major flat and low-slope system used on Colorado commercial buildings. Whether you need a full tear-off and replacement, a targeted repair, or a maintenance plan to protect an aging roof, we have the crews, the certifications, and the experience to do it right.
We install and service every major commercial roofing system. Here's what each one does best — and how to know which is right for your building.
Thermoplastic Polyolefin
TPO is the most popular commercial roofing membrane on the market today — and for good reason. It's heat-welded at the seams for a watertight bond stronger than the membrane itself, reflects UV rays to lower cooling costs, and stands up to Colorado's intense sun and hail. We install reinforced TPO systems from Carlisle, Firestone, and JM in 45, 60, and 80 mil thicknesses, mechanically fastened or fully adhered depending on your building's needs.
Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer
EPDM is a synthetic rubber membrane that's been proven on commercial rooftops for over 50 years. It's incredibly durable, flexible in extreme temperatures, and handles ponding water better than almost any other membrane. Available in black or white, EPDM is an excellent fit for Colorado buildings that experience wide temperature swings — it stays pliable from -40°F to 300°F. We install ballasted, mechanically fastened, and fully adhered EPDM systems.
Polyvinyl Chloride
PVC membranes are the go-to for restaurants, kitchens, and buildings with grease or chemical exposure. The heat-welded seams are permanent, and the membrane itself resists fire, chemicals, and grease that would break down other systems. PVC also offers exceptional reflectivity and energy efficiency. We install reinforced PVC from leading manufacturers including Sika Sarnafil, Carlisle, and IB Roof Systems — ideal for flat roofs with HVAC units, grease traps, or chemical venting.
Standing Seam & Corrugated
Commercial metal roofing delivers decades of service life with minimal maintenance. Standing seam systems conceal the fasteners under raised seams, eliminating the most common leak point on metal roofs. We install exposed-fastener R-panel and concealed-fastener standing seam systems in steel, aluminum, and zinc — perfect for warehouses, retail buildings, agricultural structures, and steep-slope commercial applications. Metal roofs are 100% recyclable and can be coated for enhanced energy efficiency.
Tar & Gravel
Built-up roofing is the original flat roof system — layers of asphalt and reinforcing felts built up on the roof deck, topped with gravel or a reflective coating. BUR offers exceptional waterproofing redundancy: if one layer is compromised, the layers below provide backup protection. It's heavy, durable, and ideal for rooftops with heavy foot traffic or equipment. We install 3-ply and 4-ply BUR systems with gravel surfacing or elastomeric coatings for maximum UV protection.
We'll perform a full condition assessment — core samples, moisture survey, photo documentation — and tell you exactly what you're dealing with. If a repair makes sense, we'll say so. If replacement is the better investment, we'll show you why.
From first call to final inspection — a straightforward process designed to keep your business running while we handle the roof.
The questions Colorado business owners and property managers ask us about commercial roofing systems, timelines, and warranties.
It depends on your roof structure, budget, and how the building is used. TPO is the most cost-effective and energy-efficient option for most flat roofs. PVC is best if you have grease or chemical exposure — restaurants, kitchens, manufacturing. EPDM excels on roofs with ponding water or extreme temperature swings. Metal is ideal for steep-slope or warehouse applications wanting maximum lifespan. BUR is the right call for heavy-traffic roofs with lots of equipment. We'll assess your building and recommend the system that fits — not the one with the highest margin.
It depends on the size of the roof, the system being installed, and weather conditions. A typical 10,000–20,000 sq ft flat roof replacement takes 3–7 days. Larger projects or BUR installations may take longer. We work in phases on occupied buildings so your operations aren't disrupted, and we can schedule nights or weekends if needed. You'll get a clear timeline before we start, and your project manager keeps you updated daily.
Often, yes. If your membrane is structurally sound, targeted repairs — seam re-welding, patching, flashing replacement, or a restorative coating — can add 5–10+ years of life. We'll give you an honest assessment: if a repair buys you meaningful time, we'll say so. If the membrane is failing across the board, a repair is just delaying the inevitable and wasting your money. We document everything with photos so you can make an informed decision.
Yes. Our preventive maintenance program includes annual or bi-annual inspections, seam and flashing checks, drain clearing, minor repairs, and a written condition report. Regular maintenance extends roof life significantly — a maintained TPO roof can last 25+ years versus 15 for one that's ignored. Maintenance also keeps your manufacturer warranty valid, since most warranties require documented annual inspections.
Yes — two ways. We provide a 5-year workmanship warranty on all commercial installations. Additionally, we're certified installers for major manufacturers including Carlisle, Firestone, JM, Sika Sarnafil, and IB Roof Systems, which means your roof qualifies for manufacturer material warranties ranging from 15 to 30 years. We handle the warranty registration and paperwork so your coverage is active from day one.
Absolutely. If your commercial building has hail, wind, or storm damage, we document the full scope with photos and moisture surveys, meet your adjuster on-site, and coordinate the claim from start to finish. We use the same estimating software as major commercial carriers, which keeps scope and pricing aligned. Commercial claims are more complex than residential — we have the experience to navigate them properly.
We serve the entire Colorado Front Range — Denver, Colorado Springs, Aurora, Lakewood, Fort Collins, Greeley, Pueblo, and everywhere in between. Our commercial division handles projects from small retail tenant finishes to large warehouse and industrial roof replacements. If your building is along the I-25 corridor, we can help.
