1. Introduction

Promise Keepers Restoration LLC ("Promise Keepers Restoration," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website located at https://pkrest.com and provides roofing, siding, window, gutter, storm damage restoration, and insurance claim assistance services in Colorado.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have. It applies to information we collect through our website, our online forms and chat widget, our text messaging program, phone calls, email, and in the course of performing services at your property.

By using our website or providing us with your information, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or submit your information to us.

2. Information We Collect

Information you give us directly. When you submit a form on our website, use our chat widget, call us, or request an inspection or estimate, we may collect:

  • Your name
  • Your mobile or landline phone number
  • Your email address
  • Your property address
  • Details about your roof, property, or project
  • Insurance carrier and claim information, when you ask us to assist with a claim
  • Photographs and documentation related to your property and project
  • Your communication preferences, including whether you consented to receive text messages

Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, we may automatically collect your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, pages viewed, referring website, and the dates and times of your visits. We collect this through cookies and similar technologies.

Information from service providers. We use third-party platforms to operate our business, including our customer relationship management and messaging platform. These providers process information on our behalf and under our instruction.

We do not collect Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, or payment card numbers through our website.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and requests
  • Schedule, confirm, and follow up on roof inspections, estimates, and service appointments
  • Perform the roofing, restoration, and related services you request
  • Assist with insurance claims when you have asked us to do so
  • Send you appointment reminders, project updates, and service-related messages
  • Send you promotional messages about our services, if and only if you have separately consented to receive them
  • Prepare estimates, proposals, contracts, and invoices
  • Improve our website and our services
  • Maintain records, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes
  • Protect against fraud and misuse of our services

4. SMS and Text Messaging Program

This section describes how we handle mobile phone numbers and text message consent.

4.1 No Sharing of Mobile Information

Promise Keepers Restoration LLC does not sell, rent, share, or otherwise transfer mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all information sharing with third parties. This exclusion applies to every category of information sharing described anywhere in this Privacy Policy.

Mobile information may be disclosed only to subcontractors and service providers who directly support our messaging operations — such as our customer relationship management platform, our messaging service provider, and telecommunications carriers — solely for the purpose of transmitting the messages you have asked to receive. These providers are contractually restricted from using your mobile information for their own marketing purposes.

4.2 How You Consent to Receive Text Messages

You may consent to receive text messages from Promise Keepers Restoration LLC by checking the applicable consent box on a form or chat widget on https://pkrest.com or https://pkrest.com/contact, and providing your mobile phone number. Consent boxes are not pre-checked. You may consent separately to:

  • Informational and transactional messages — appointment confirmations, scheduling, inspection results, project status updates, and responses to your inquiries.
  • Promotional messages — offers, seasonal service reminders, and other marketing communications.

Consenting to either category is optional. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us.

You may also consent verbally to a Promise Keepers Restoration representative during a phone call or an in-person visit to your property. In that case, our representative will state the purpose of the messages, the frequency, and how to opt out, and we will record your consent in our system.

4.3 Message Frequency and Cost

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us and the status of your project. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard rates apply to all messages you send and receive. We are not responsible for charges assessed by your carrier.

4.4 How to Opt Out

You may opt out of receiving text messages from us at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a single confirmation message and will not receive further messages from that program. You may also opt out by calling us at (720) 650-1116 or emailing peter@pkrest.com.

Opting out of promotional messages does not automatically opt you out of transactional messages related to an active project, and vice versa. If you wish to opt out of all messages, reply STOP to each program or contact us directly.

4.5 How to Get Help

Reply HELP to any message from us for assistance, or contact us at (720) 650-1116 or peter@pkrest.com.

4.6 Carrier Liability

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information.

Subject at all times to the mobile information exclusion in Section 4.1, we may share your information as follows:

Service providers. We share information with vendors who perform functions on our behalf, including website hosting, customer relationship management, messaging and email delivery, scheduling, document storage, payment processing, and analytics. These vendors may use your information only to provide services to us.

Subcontractors and crews. We share the information necessary to perform your project — such as your name, address, phone number, and project scope — with the crews, installers, and material suppliers assigned to your job.

Insurance carriers and adjusters. If you have asked us to assist with an insurance claim, we share information relevant to that claim with your insurance carrier, adjuster, or public adjuster, at your direction.

Legal and safety. We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, court order, or governmental request; to enforce our contracts; to investigate suspected fraud or illegal activity; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of any person.

Business transfers. If Promise Keepers Restoration LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in consent are excluded and will not transfer for marketing purposes without new consent.

We do not share your information with third parties for those third parties' own marketing purposes.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember your preferences, understand how visitors use the site, and measure the effectiveness of our advertising. You can set your browser to refuse cookies or alert you when cookies are being sent, though some parts of our site may not function properly if you do.

Our website does not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.

7. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide services to you, maintain project and warranty records, comply with legal, tax, insurance, and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. Because we provide workmanship warranties, project records are typically retained for the duration of the applicable warranty period plus any additional period required by Colorado law.

Records of SMS consent and opt-out requests are retained for as long as required to demonstrate compliance with applicable messaging regulations.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's Privacy

Our website and services are directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 years of age. If you believe we have collected information from a minor, please contact us and we will delete it.

10. Your Privacy Rights

Colorado residents. Under the Colorado Privacy Act, you have the right to confirm whether we process your personal data and to access it; correct inaccuracies; request deletion; obtain a portable copy; and opt out of the processing of your personal data for targeted advertising, sale, or profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects. To exercise these rights, contact us using the information in Section 13. We will respond within 45 days, and may extend that period by an additional 45 days where reasonably necessary. If we decline to act on your request, you may appeal by replying to our response or contacting us directly; if your appeal is denied, you may contact the Colorado Attorney General.

All users. Regardless of where you live, you may contact us to:

  • Request a copy of the information we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your information, subject to our legal and contractual retention obligations
  • Opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email
  • Opt out of text messages by replying STOP

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

11. Third-Party Websites

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites. This Privacy Policy applies only to information collected by Promise Keepers Restoration LLC.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and post the updated policy at https://pkrest.com/privacy-policy. Material changes affecting how we use your information will be communicated to you where required by law.
